HRIS Implementation Consultant (Associate)
Initially qualified as an Agricultural Economist, Peter started work in fish farming, first in Scotland and then for 9 years in Tanzania managing an aqua-cultural development programme.
Returning to the UK, he remained in programme management until changing to manage the international HR team of a development agency.
After a move to a similar HR role in the charity WaterAid, Peter set up his own HR consultancy company, providing generalist HR support to a variety of small and medium businesses and charities, before developing a focus on the implementation of HR systems.
