Her unwavering enthusiasm lies in the realm of Project Management Offices (PMO) and the substantial value they bring to organisations.
Within Silver Cloud, Ellie takes the lead in our exceptional PMO team, overseeing critical functions such as Resource & Capacity Planning, PMO Governance and Process, Internal Change, Project Management, GDPR compliance, and any other challenges we throw at her!
