PROJECTS COORDINATOR

Halina has over 10 years experience working across different client sectors and industries with a background in the consultancy and digital sector. She has first-hand experience building a mature PMO unit from an immature function and has recently qualified as an APM Accredited PMO Practitioner.

During her career, Halina has worked with high profile clients and internal teams, having a track record of delivering and supporting large-scale, complex projects through all project phases, including planning, execution, monitoring and close-out.

She has a good understanding of HR business processes and has experience working in HR specific roles, predominantly within resource management.

At Silver Cloud HR, Halina supports the fast-growing PMO team and the activities needed to deliver essential focus areas for a rapidly growing project portfolio, adding value where needed.

More About Halina

Halina studied at City University where she completed a sandwich industrial placement year at Accenture. Following that, she joined the Graduate programme at Accenture where she was placed in numerous client facing roles, travelling across the UK.

She tried to find her feet working across a diverse range of roles when she finally moved into her last role within HR; scheduling candidates onto business critical roles across the business. Following this, she moved into a PM focused role at Ricoh Europe, building a new PMO function from scratch.

At Silver Cloud HR, Halina supports client projects and works closely with the project consultants to ensure they have all they need to do the job well, from a PMO standpoint.

Halina lives in Hertfordshire with her husband and daughter. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, Pilates and is trying to get into aqua aerobics and trampolining!
